America

The
other day, in the convenience store where I work, I had the pleasure
of
meeting a delightful young lady and her Mom.
The young lady was a very
pretty blonde with natural curls, huge blue
eyes and cupids bow lips. There
was just a slight blush of color to her
fair cheeks.
After making
their acquaintance and talking briefly, I asked the young
lady if she would
like one of my special treats.
She accepted and after finishing her
treat asked if she could sing me a
song. I accepted and had my heart turned
upside down with pride!
Cassidy sang 'God Bless
America' in her very sweet and clear
voice and
with a simple beauty matched by none other.
How many of you
know the words to God Bless America? Could you sing it
right
now?
You see, the moral to this story is that the pretty young lady,
Cassidy,
is only 2 1/2 years old!
God Bless
America and the very young growing up
learning pride in their
country.

Two sons, Dennis and Scott, angel Roberta Jo,
Scott's wife Kristi and
granddaughter Samantha Marie, and a new baby due in
July.
I live in southeastern Wisconsin where
I have resided since June of 1961
~ born and raised in western
Pennsylvania.
Went on WebTv in November of 1996 and created my first web page
in 1997
and have, over the years, created quite a large web site that
covers
many, many topics.
