? As I look back??¦

As I look back...? 

They say that Time is relevant. But what does that mean??  According? to the dictionary, time means "having some sensible or logical? connection with something else.???

? 

So when I went through all those hard times, there was some sense to be made out? of it?

? 

As I look back...? 

...on the ???way it was,??? I wonder where was the sense of? ? my original abandonment as a child??  Where was the sense out of the loss of my? much adored adopted father? Where was the sense out of my divorce.? Where was the sense out of the rape??  ...the poverty? ??¦the many heartaches?

? 

Sometimes when I read what others have written about their lives, I?  feel the triggered memories from my past.?  There is a sadness??¦for a?  brief second, but, thankfully,? it no longer holds the ???allure??? of pity that it once? had.

? 

They say ??” with time ??” ? we can heal??¦? but what does that mean?

? 

As I look back...? 

...my life has been a blur??¦ But there? has been? change and change is so important for our survival.?  I? have now begun to realize that significant change has to do with? INNER change ??“? ?  not something ???out there.????  It is the way we view life and who were are.

? 

As I look back...? 

I have had to change many, many times.?  From? bitterness to joy, from sadness to happiness, from regrets to? acceptance, from who I was to who I am now!

? 

I am grateful for my experiences? and I now realize that I no longer? have to look back ??” because I can allow myself the freedom to be who I am? in this? very moment.

? 

So I willingly shut the door to the past and open the door to the? present.? Each moment I experience is a future moment now? gone.? I grab the present and no longer look back? because, in a split? second,? the future is? happening now.

? 

No more looking back for me!
