Christmas Stories and Poems Requested.

As is our tradition here at Storytime Tapestry, we will be having our annual Christmas Contest again this year.

Please send in your stories and poems as soon as possible, so that I will be able to prepare a schedule that will not run into the New Year. 

Submission date: Immediately

Cut off date for submissions: Dec 24^th.

Include Christmas Contest in the subject line of the email addressed to me: winterose@videotron.ca, so that you story does not get lost or put into the wrong queue.  If you want a bio added include it with your submission.  Please remember to include your email address from personal comments from our readers.

No stories written by author unknown or taken from the internet by a person who is not a member of Storytime Tapestry will be accepted. 

Because of shear volume, no stories submitted in past Christmas contests can be re-submitted.  Fresh work is required.  If you have a story written 10 years ago but never published in Storytime Tapestry, to us that is still fresh work.

Submission posted to other newsletters will be accepted.  But all stories must be written by the Storytime Tapestry author.  That means you must be a member of Storytime Tapestry to submit. 

You may be a reader who has a story to tell but has never written for us before.  Please do come share your personal story, although we have the best writers on the internet we value your voice, we need your input, we want to get to know you.

All stories and poems are welcome provided they carry a Christmas theme or Christmas/new year message.  Chanukah stories, Kwanza stories are welcome as well. 

For our writers of different religions, you may want to write about your holiday that is closest to the Christmas celebration and show us the similarities and or differences.

For our writers in general, whether you live in North America, or elsewhere, you may want to share you personal or national Christmas celebration with us.

Storytime Tapestry is the newsletter that is devoted to spreading cultural awareness around the world.  In the spirit of the season and the spirit of this newsletter, please share your stories with us.
