Have you ever heard it said that properly spiced food make you eat less because your taste buds become satisfied long before your belly becomes over-full? Well, in my experience, this is true!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to use spices and herbs? This is a subject I have been looking into myself, and I thought I'd start a newsletter to teach others what I learn, too! I have set up a temporary web page with the sign-up code. This newsletter will contain information on a Spice of the Month, anything I can dig up, from how to use it to where it comes from and more! Also, I will be including a recipe or 2 and many helpful tips on cooking and housework, to make your busy life a little easier.
