Hello EVERYONE in Baltimore...
Once again, I am behind and I must apologize. I am overwhelmed, and the work load is only getting greater as things get closer to the September 22, 2007 Date of our new club opening.
Yes, Alex and Max formerly of KAMP, myself and Scotty with A Y Baltimore are leasing the old REDWOOD TRUST, effective September 22, 2007...with our grand Opening of STADIO (studio with an A)
Let me back track, again to un-confuse some people.
The old REDWOOD TRUST is closing its doors for good.. On September 15th, 2007 with Paul's Birthday Bash with DJ BILLY CARROLL from New York, Philly and all over. The doors open 9 pm with FREE ADMISSION to all from 9-10pm! And DJ Leni K is
opening for Billy. This event is for any and everyone that ever came to TRUST, an experience before its time. SO come say farewell to a really cool place.
And the following week we will hopefully be ready (just kidding) to proceed with STADIO (stah-de-oo) it means large Venue. Yes we were originally calling it Colosseum, but changed our minds, as the investors changed. We will have an event once a month with a big name DJ, and it will be Colosseum Saturdays referring to large talent. The first being Saturday, September 22 with National NEW YORK DJ Jonathan Peters, with others to follow.
The following week, the Main room will feature a top 40. hip hop DJ with house music in the lower level by local talent know for their house music... SO to make it clear, BIG NAME DJ will be in the main room once a month, the other Saturday's will be a top 40remixes and hip hop DJ.
We have a few VIP tables left for the 22nd, and if you are interested call me, 410-404-6909 to reserve yours. The price is $500 for six people in our private Cabañas. You get two bottles and appropriate mixers...
There will be other nights that STADIO will be in operation but it will not be affiliated with our Saturday party, a very strict dress to impress, attire will be enforced, if you have been to AQUA in the past or Mosaic, you know what is expected.
This Tuesday, September 11th, I will be interviewing bartenders, cocktail waitresses, barbacks. servers and a few security staff from 2 pm until 7 pm at 200 E. Redwood Street, if you know any experienced people please send them my way.
And the low down on 1722, September 8 the Mosaic Dj's are coming back to spin....
The DEPOT Crew has announced that this SUDNAY at 6 am there is NO COVER ( its FREE) to come to the morning party....And DJ NIK SID is spinning so give them a try, and there is still Central in the AM..
On the 15th DJ Billy Carroll will continue his set from TRUST at 1722 until 7 am or later
Come September 22 after the grand opening of STADIO, co- promoter and Concrete Jungle DJ Scotty Baltimore will be spinning here. Ronnie J will be opening for him....
September 29th, Stevie P from BAJA will be here at 1722....
